Control and Regulation Technician at Luotea in Stockholm

Are you a self-driven control and regulation technician with several years of experience in the field? Luotea is looking for a technician to work on one of our hospital assignments in Stockholm.

Luotea's clients are public and commercial property owners in the segments of care/healthcare, infrastructure, community properties, housing, industry, logistics, offices, and retail.

The Position

As a Control and Regulation Technician, you will be responsible for supervision, maintenance, optimization, and corrective maintenance of properties and their technical systems' control and regulation functions. A B driver's license is required. You will have daily communication with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. You will be part of an organization that includes Operation Technicians, Electricians, Refrigeration Technicians, Carpenters, and Energy Technicians dedicated to the client.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Adjustment of control and regulation functions for optimal operation of heating, cooling, and ventilation.
  • Operation monitoring, alarm management, and optimization via control, regulation, and monitoring systems.
  • Control and modification of operating times, operating conditions, and other important parameters.
  • Troubleshooting, service, and maintenance.
  • Develop and propose improvement measures and alternative solutions within property automation.
  • Assist in analyses related to energy and media monitoring.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in automation/control and regulation technology. You have experience in practical regulation technology and programming within DUC or PLC. You have knowledge of control and monitoring systems and the impact of various types of regulation functions on indoor climate and operational strategies.

  • Understanding of the structure and levels of control systems, system availability, modern/smart technology, and the difference between traditional and open systems.
  • Process understanding of heating, cooling, ventilation, and the climate impact and functionality of control and regulation systems.
  • Common functions of HVAC regulators, such as minimum limit functions and freeze protection functions.
  • Understanding of basic regulatory technical concepts, symbols, and terminology according to Swedish standards.
  • Knowledge of electricity.
